Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Top 6 crackers with ham, mustard-mayonnaise blend and onions.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top ham-topped crackers with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 cracker sandwiches.
Substitute honey mustard dressing for the Dijon mustard-mayonnaise blend.
This is a great use for leftover baked ham. Cut ham into thin slices before cutting into pieces.
