These aren't your average ham and cheese snack bites. Elevate your afternoon snack by adding a sprinkle of french fried onions to our ham and cheese cracker sandwiches.

Ingredient list

12 RITZ Crackers
2 Swiss cheese slices (3/4 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
2 slices deli-style honey ham (3/4 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
1½ tsp. Dijon mustard-mayonnaise blend
2 Tbsp. French fried onions

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Top 6 crackers with ham, mustard-mayonnaise blend and onions.

Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Top ham-topped crackers with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 cracker sandwiches.

SubstituteSubstitute honey mustard dressing for the Dijon mustard-mayonnaise blend.
NoteThis is a great use for leftover baked ham. Cut ham into thin slices before cutting into pieces.
