Habanero 'n Pineapple RITZwich
These mini sandwich snacks are perfect to make when you have fresh pineapple on hand. Just layer spicy Monterey Jack cheese with fresh pineapple between RITZ Crackers.
Ingredient list
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with habanero peppers, cut into 12 slices
- 6 small fresh pineapple pieces (1 oz.)
- 6 sprigs fresh cilantro
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Place pineapple and cilantro on 6 topped crackers; cover with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down.
