Ingredient list

12 RITZ Crackers
2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with habanero peppers, cut into 12 slices
6 small fresh pineapple pieces (1 oz.)
6 sprigs fresh cilantro

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.

Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Place pineapple and cilantro on 6 topped crackers; cover with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down.
