Servings:

Makes 3 cups dip, or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 WHEAT THINS each.

Ingredient list

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1 cup assorted fresh fruit (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, pineapple pieces and/or clementine sections)
  • WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

Directions

1

Beat Neufchatel cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Stir in whipped topping.

2

Spread into skull shape on serving plate.

3

Arrange fruit on top of dip to resemble a skeleton's face as shown in photo just before serving.

Recipe Tips

  • How to Spread the Dip

For best results, spread the Neufchatel cheese mixture into a skull shape about 9 inches long and 6 inches wide.

  • Variation

Serve with WHEAT THINS Big Snacks instead of the regular WHEAT THINS. Makes 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 11 WHEAT THINS each.

  • Make Ahead

The Neufchatel cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Spread onto plate as directed, then refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving. Meanwhile, the fruit can also be cut ahead of time. Refrigerate, in tightly covered container, until ready to arrange on top of dip.
