Double Chocolate CHIPS AHOY! Ice Cream Sandwiches
Something to celebrate? This easy dessert recipe has just 3 ingredients and no baking - and in 15 minutes you'll have ice cream sandwiches ready to freeze!
Ingredient list
- ¼ cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 4 CHIPS AHOY! Chocolatey Cookies with HERSHEY'S Fudge Filling
- 2 tsp. chocolate sprinkles
Directions
Spoon 2 Tbsp. ice cream onto flat side of each of 2 cookies.
Cover with remaining cookies to make 2 sandwiches.
Roll edges of ice cream sandwiches in sprinkles.
Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
