This easy, creamy spinach side dish should be on your next holiday table! Buttery RITZ Crackers are crushed into a special crunchy topping.

Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Stir in spinach. Add 3/4 cup cheddar and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs; mix well.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cracker crumbs and cheddar.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until casserole is heated through and cheddar is melted.
Prepare using chive and onion 1/3-less-fat than cream cheese spread, light ranch dressing, shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.
Thaw frozen spinach in refrigerator overnight. Or thaw in microwave as directed on package. Be sure to squeeze the spinach well after thawing to remove as much water as possible.
Prepare using shredded cheddar cheese.
