Makes 16 servings, 3 decorated cookie halves each.
Place cookie halves in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Dip 1/4 of cut end of each cookie half into melted chocolate. Gently shake cookie to remove excess chocolate, then dip chocolate-dipped end into sprinkles. Return cookie to baking sheet. Repeat with remaining cookie halves.
Press 1 pretzel piece gently into chocolate on top of each cookie half to resemble stem of acorn.
Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
Substitute white baking chocolate for the semi-sweet chocolate and/or fall-colored sprinkles for the chocolate sprinkles.
These festive fall cookies can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 3 days before serving.
