No-Bake OREO Bars
These sweet oat bars with crisp rice cereal and OREO Cookies are an easy no bake treat for the school bake sale. These yummy treats are prepped in just 15 minutes!
Ingredient list
- 1½ cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 10 OREO Cookies, chopped
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ tsp. vanilla
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.
Bring sugar, honey and butter to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 2 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Add to oat mixture; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Recipe Tips
- Jazz it UpDrizzle dessert with 1/4 cup melted chocolate before refrigerating as directed.
