Makes 3 cups spread or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each.
Heat oven to 350° F.
Mix cream cheese spread and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese until blended; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with artichokes.
Combine crushed crackers, parsley and remaining Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over artichokes.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until spread is heated through and top of spread is lightly browned.
Serve with additional crackers and/or cut-up fresh vegetables.
Mix 2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers with the artichokes before spooning them over the cream cheese mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle with crushed cracker mixture, then continue as directed.
