Ingredient list

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry spreadable fruit
  • ¾ cup thawed frozen whipped topping

Directions

Spread peanut butter onto bottoms of 12 cookies; place, peanut butter-sides up, in freezer-proof pan.

Top with spreadable fruit, then whipped topping.

Cover with remaining cookies, bottom sides down, to make 12 sandwiches.

Freeze 1 hour.

Recipe Tips

  • Variations

    If you prefer softer cookie sandwiches, refrigerate the cookie sandwiches 4 hours before serving instead of freezing them. Or, prepare the recipe using your favorite variety of Chewy CHIPS AHOY! Cookies.
