Makes 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 8 graham rectangles each.

Ingredient list

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, divided
  • 1½ cups thawed frozen lite whipped topping
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. caramel sauce, warmed
  • 40 HONEY MAID Cinnamon Grahams, broken into quarters

Directions

Mix Neufchatel and 2 Tbsp. sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; spread onto bottom of pie plate.

Cook and stir apples in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. or until tender. Stir in cinnamon and remaining sugar; cook and stir 1 min. or until sugar is melted and apples are evenly glazed.

Spoon apple mixture over Neufchatel mixture; drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve with graham rectangles.

Recipe Tips

  • Make Ahead

    Both the Neufchatel and apple mixtures can be prepared ahead of time. Spread Neufchatel mixture onto bottom of pie plate as directed. Refrigerate both mixtures (separately) up to 24 hours. Remove both mixtures from refrigerator about 15 min. before serving. Microwave apple mixture on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through before using to assemble dip as directed.

  • How to Warm the Caramel Sauce

    Measure caramel sauce into small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until warmed; stir.
