Brie-Topped NEWTONS
Fruit, cheese and nuts is one of the most classic combinations. This easy dessert bite combines all three in an easy to make sweet treat.
Ingredient list
- 12 Strawberry NEWTONS Cookies
- 3 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 12 slices
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Top each cookie with 1 cheese slice; sprinkle evenly with almonds.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is slightly melted. Serve warm.
