4 hot dogs, each diagonally cut into 8 slices
½ cup beer
32 RITZ Crackers
4 slices (0.8 oz. each) pepper Jack cheese, each cut into 8 pieces

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook hot dog slices in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.

Add beer; cook and stir 5 min. or until beer is cooked off.

Place crackers in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with hot dogs and cheese.

Bake 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Top with mustard.
