Beer-Infused Hot Dog Bites

Need snacks for when the grownups are watching a baseball game? Hot dogs are simmered in beer, then served on RITZ Crackers topped with melted cheese and mustard.

Makes 8 servings, 4 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

  • 4 hot dogs, each diagonally cut into 8 slices
  • ½ cup beer
  • 32 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 slices (0.8 oz. each) pepper Jack cheese, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 4 tsp. grainy Dijon mustard

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook hot dog slices in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.

Add beer; cook and stir 5 min. or until beer is cooked off.

Place crackers in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with hot dogs and cheese.

Bake 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Top with mustard.
