Makes 1-1/4 cups dip or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 8 wafers each.

Ingredient list

  • 1 container (6 oz.) vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • ½ tsp. lemon zest
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. caramel ice cream topping
  • 4 NILLA Wafers, coarsely crushed
  • Additional NILLA Wafers for dipping

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Drizzle with caramel topping; top with wafer crumbs.

Refrigerate 15 min. or until chilled.

Serve as dip with NILLA Wafers.

  • Special ExtraFor a unique dip container, cut off top and hollow out large red apple. Stand upright on serving platter; fill with dip. Surround with wafers.
