Cut 2 wafers in half with serrated knife; reserve for garnish. Coarsely chop remaining wafers.
Spoon pudding snacks into medium bowl. Gently stir in 1/2 cup whipped topping.
Layer half EACH of the chopped wafers, pudding mixture and berries evenly in 4 (3-oz.) cups; repeat layers.
Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Garnish with reserved wafer halves just before serving.
