  • 1 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tsp. crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 pkt. (1.76 oz.) belVita Golden Oat Breakfast Biscuits (4 biscuits)

Directions

Cook spinach and tomatoes in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat 1 to 2 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring frequently.

Add eggs; cook and stir 30 sec.  Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 min. or just until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.

Place biscuits in single layer on plate; top with egg mixture.
