Ingredient list

  • 1 pkt. (1.76 oz.) belVita Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits (4 biscuits), divided
  • 1 container (5.3 oz.) plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup assorted fresh berries, such as blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries
  • 2 tsp. natural creamy peanut butter, warmed

Directions

Crumble 2 biscuits. Place half the crumbled biscuits in medium bowl.  Top with yogurt and berries.

Drizzle with peanut butter.

Top with remaining crumbled biscuits.

Serve with remaining whole biscuits on the side.

Recipe Tips

  • Greek Yogurt

    Prepare recipe using 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt instead of the container of yogurt.

  • Variations

    Prepare recipe using your favorite flavor of low-fat Greek yogurt, such as vanilla. Or, prepare recipe using belVita Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits, and substituting almond butter for the peanut butter.

  • Special Extra

    Top with 1 tsp. chopped unsalted dry-roasted peanuts and/or drizzle with 1/2 tsp. honey before serving.
