Ingredient list

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 40 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped pecans, toasted
  • 3 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, cut into thin slices

Combine cottage cheese and feta cheese.

Spoon onto crackers, adding about 1 tsp. cheese mixture to each cracker.
