Ingredient list

  • 6 meatless meatballs (1 oz. each)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 6 Tbsp. tzatziki
  • 2 Tbsp. EACH finely chopped cucumbers and red onions
  • 24 fresh dill sprigs

Directions

Cook meatballs as directed on package.

Cut each meatball into 4 slices; place in medium bowl.  Drizzle with lemon juice.

Place tomato slices on crackers; top with meatball slices and remaining ingredients.
