Ingredients: 23 TRISCUIT Crackers, divided; 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese; 4 green onions, chopped; 1 cup yellow peppers; 4 slices bacon, crumbled; 6 eggs, beaten; 2 cups milk; ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese; ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg

This vegetable, bacon and egg bake is a festive holiday breakfast entree when you top the dish with a decorative cracker Christmas tree.

Makes 9 servings.

Ingredient list

23 TRISCUIT Crackers, divided
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup mixed chopped red and yellow peppers
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Reserve 7 crackers for later use; place remaining crackers in single layer on bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with Swiss cheese, onions, peppers and bacon.

Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish.

Arrange reserved crackers over ingredients in baking dish to resemble a Christmas tree; press lightly into egg mixture to secure.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 min. before cutting to serve.

Cut a star out of the unused red pepper piece; place on top of cracker tree before serving.

Omit the bacon for a meatless dish.
