This vegetable, bacon and egg bake is a festive holiday breakfast entree when you top the dish with a decorative cracker Christmas tree.

Makes 9 servings.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Reserve 7 crackers for later use; place remaining crackers in single layer on bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with Swiss cheese, onions, peppers and bacon.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Arrange reserved crackers over ingredients in baking dish to resemble a Christmas tree; press lightly into egg mixture to secure.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 min. before cutting to serve.
