Makes 8 servings, 3 topped crackers each.
Place crackers, with sides touching, in single layer on serving platter.
Top evenly with guacamole, peppers, onions and cheese.
Serve bowls of salsa and sour cream on the side for nacho toppings.
These fun nachos can be made either mild or spicy depending on the heat level of the salsa you use. As a note, both fresh and jarred salsas work equally well when used to prepare this recipe.
