This no bake dessert recipe layers both creamy white chocolate and a semi-sweet chocolate ganache over a chocolatey graham cracker crust. Easy to make and easy to serve!

Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave 4 oz. chocolate and 5 Tbsp. of the butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add graham crumbs; mix well.
Press crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate 10 min.
Microwave water and remaining butter in large microwaveable bowl 1 min. or until butter is melted. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring after each addition until well blended. Spread over crust. Refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.
Microwave cream and remaining chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over pudding layer.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
