Triple Chocolate CHIPS AHOY! Ice Cream Sandwiches
Love chocolate (and easy recipes)? You'll love these chocolatey no bake ice cream and cookie sandwich bites - and they're ready to freeze in just 15 minutes!
Ingredient list
- ¼ cup chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
- 4 CHIPS AHOY! Chocolatey Cookies with HERSHEY'S Fudge Filling
Directions
Spoon 2 Tbsp. ice cream onto flat side of each of 2 cookies.
Cover with remaining cookies to make 2 sandwiches.
Freeze 2 hours or until firm.

Individually wrap the ice cream sandwiches in plastic wrap or foil; place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 2 weeks before serving.
