Makes 24 truffles or 12 servings, 2 truffles each.
Beat cream cheese, honey and extract with mixer until blended. Stir in melted chocolate and nuts.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Roll cream cheese mixture into 24 balls, using scant tablespoonful for each ball. Roll, 1 at a time, in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
These truffles are great for giving as a gift or serving on a special occasion.
Substitute 1 Tbsp. almond-flavored liqueur for the extract. Please use alcohol responsibly.
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
