Ingredients: 1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened; ½ cup finely shredded reduced-fat mild cheddar cheese; 1 Tbsp. green onions; ½ tsp. garlic powder; 24 TRISCUIT Crackers; 2 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly

Makes 8 servings, 3 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
½ cup finely shredded reduced-fat mild cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
½ tsp. garlic powder
24 TRISCUIT Crackers
2 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.

Roll into 24 (1-1/4-inch) balls; place on crackers.

Use your thumb or rounded handle of a wooden spoon to make slight indentation in center of each cheese ball.

Fill with jelly.

Note
To more easily roll the cheese mixture into balls, refrigerate the cheese mixture at least 30 min. before rolling into balls as directed.
Substitute
Substitute your favorite flavor of jam or jelly for the hot pepper jelly.
