Ingredient list

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
½ cup finely shredded reduced-fat mild cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
½ tsp. garlic powder
24 TRISCUIT Crackers
2 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.

Roll into 24 (1-1/4-inch) balls; place on crackers.

Use your thumb or rounded handle of a wooden spoon to make slight indentation in center of each cheese ball.

Fill with jelly.
