"Spring-kle" S'mores

Celebrate any small victory - winning game, good grade, promotion - with an easy, no bake dessert that can be decorated with sprinkles that match the occasion!

Ingredient list

4 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half (8 squares)
2 Tbsp. spring multi-colored sprinkles
4 marshmallows
1 milk chocolate candy bar (1.55 oz.), broken into 4 pieces

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place graham squares in single layer on baking sheet.

Fill small shallow bowl with about 1/4 cup water; place sprinkles in separate small bowl. Dip 1 marshmallow into water, turning to evenly moisten all sides of marshmallow with water. Gently shake marshmallow to remove excess water, then roll marshmallow evenly in sprinkles. Place on 1 graham square.

Repeat with remaining marshmallows and sprinkles, and 3 of the remaining graham squares. (You should have a total of 4 topped graham squares.)

Bake 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are puffed. Immediately place 1 chocolate piece on top of each of the 4 untopped graham squares. Sandwich chocolate- and marshmallow-topped graham squares to make 4 s'mores. Gently press top graham squares to secure.

CautionSince the s'mores will be hot, adult supervision is required.
Use Your GrillYou can instead prepare these delicious s'mores on your grill. Heat grill to medium-low heat. Place graham squares in single layer on bottom of 9-inch square disposable foil pan. Coat moistened marshmallows with sprinkles as directed; place on 4 of the graham squares. Top remaining graham squares with chocolate. Place filled foil pan on grill grate; cover grill. (If grill does not have a lid, cover foil pan with sheet of foil.) Grill 4 to 5 min. or until marshmallows are puffed and chocolate is melted; cool 1 min. Use spatula to carefully flip marshmallow-topped grahams, 1 at a time, over chocolate-topped grahams to make 4 s'mores.
Use Your MicrowaveDo not preheat oven. Place 4 graham squares in single layer on microwaveable plate. Coat marshmallows as directed; place on graham squares on plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until marshmallows are puffed. Immediately place 1 chocolate piece on bottom side of each of the 4 untopped graham squares. Sandwich chocolate- and marshmallow-topped graham squares to make 4 s'mores. Gently press top graham squares to secure.
