This simple cheese spread makes holiday or fall entertaining easy! The creamy cheddar spread is mixed with dried cherries then rolled in nuts.

Ingredient list

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese spread, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded white cheddar cheese
½ cup dried cherries, chopped
¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
RITZ Crackers

Directions

Mix cream cheese and cheddar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in cherries and pumpkin pie spice.

Shape into log; wrap in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate 2 hours.

Roll in nuts just before serving with the crackers.
