Makes 3 cups dip or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 6 wafers and 1 strawberry each.
Mix Neufchatel cheese and espresso powder in large bowl until blended. Add 3 Tbsp. chocolate chips; mix well. Stir in whipped topping.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and sprinkles just before serving with the wafers and strawberries.
