Ingredients: 1 oz. Asiago cheese; 48 RITZ Crackers; 48 baby spinach leaves; 12 slices deli smoked turkey breast (3/4 lb.), each cut into 4 pieces; ⅓ cup prepared spinach dip; 48 small pimento strips (about 3 Tbsp.)

These appetizer bites pack a lot of flavor into each topped cracker! Spinach dip, smoked turkey breast, and Asiago cheese make a great party appetizer combination.

Makes 12 servings, 4 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

1 oz. Asiago cheese
48 RITZ Crackers
48 baby spinach leaves
12 slices deli smoked turkey breast (3/4 lb.), each cut into 4 pieces
⅓ cup prepared spinach dip
48 small pimento strips (about 3 Tbsp.)

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Use vegetable peeler to shave cheese into 48 thin slices.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.

Top with spinach, turkey, cheese, spinach dip and pimentos.

Bake 3 min. or until heated through.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowavePrepare recipe as directed, except do not bake the topped crackers. Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or until heated through. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
SubstituteSubstitute small red pepper strips for the pimentos.
