These sweet low-sodium treats are an easy way to make smart snacking choices during the holidays.

Makes 6 servings, 2 graham sandwiches each.
Spread 1/2 tsp. peanut butter onto each of 12 graham rectangles, then spread 1/2 tsp. jam onto each of the remaining graham rectangles.
Cover peanut butter-topped graham rectangles with jam-topped graham rectangles, jam sides down, to make 12 sandwiches.
Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Dip 1 end of each graham sandwich into melted chocolate; return to baking sheet.
Top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
Prepare recipe using sunflower butter or your favorite variety of nut butter.
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days before serving.
