Ingredient list
3 oz. roasted pumpkin, mashed (about 1/3 cup)
1½ tsp. butter
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
24 RITZ Crackers
3 Italian sausage links, grilled, each cut into 8 slices
3 pepper Jack cheese slices (2-1/4 oz.), each cut into 8 pieces
2 tsp. chopped green onions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Microwave pumpkin, butter and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until butter is melted; mix well.

Spread onto crackers; place on baking sheet. Top with sausage and cheese.

Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.

How to Roast the PumpkinHeat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with foil; brush with 1 tsp. oil. Cut small pumpkin in half; scoop out seeds. Brush cut sides evenly with additional 1 Tbsp. oil; sprinkle evenly with 1/4 tsp. EACH kosher salt and black pepper. Place, cut sides down, on prepared baking sheet. Bake 45 min. or until pumpkin flesh is soft enough to easily be mashed.
