Pour barbecue sauce into small resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle barbecue sauce over cutouts to resemble basketballs.
Recipe Tips
How to Use the Meat and Cheese TrimmingsStore the meat and cheese trimmings in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use as desired, such as to prepare your favorite mixed green or pasta salad.
NoteLook for packaged square ham and cheese slices (about 3-1/2 inch) in your supermarket deli department to use to make the meat and cheese cutouts. Also, look for packaged similarly-sized turkey slices.
SubstituteSubstitute chipotle mayonnaise for the barbecue sauce.
