RITZ Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sandwiches
You have to try these sweet and salty ice cream sandwiches! You'll surprised by the unexpectedly perfect combo of ice cream sandwiched between buttery RITZ Crackers.
Ingredient list
- 2¼ cups vanilla ice cream with caramel swirl
- 24 RITZ Crackers
Directions
Spoon about 3 Tbsp. ice cream onto each of 12 crackers; cover with remaining crackers, pressing down gently until ice cream fills crackers.
Place in single layer in shallow pan; freeze 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer 5 min. before serving to soften slightly.
