Makes 25 servings.
Cover large baking sheet with parchment.
Beat milk and pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
Stir in whipped topping and 1 cup cookies.
Spread pudding mixture evenly into 15x11-inch rectangle on prepared baking sheet.
Drop teaspoonfuls of melted chocolate onto pudding mixture; swirl gently with spoon to marbleize.
Top with strawberries and remaining cookies.
Freeze 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
Break bark into 25 pieces to serve.
Prepare recipe using vanilla instant pudding mix; 6 pkg. (1 oz. each) Mini OREO Cookies; and/or your favorite fruit, such as raspberries or sliced bananas.
For a change of pace, serve this as a refrigerated dessert. Layer ingredients as directed in 13x9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate 3 hours. Serve spooned into small dessert dishes.
