RITZ Pepperoni & Veggie "Pizzas"

Our bite size pizzas may be mini but they are full of great pizza flavor when topped with pizza sauce, peppers, onions, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

Makes 6 servings, 4 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

1½ tsp. olive oil
½ each small green and yellow pepper, cut lengthwise into thin strips, then crosswise in half
1 small onion, slivered
24 RITZ Crackers
24 thin pepperoni slices
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. pizza sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with pepperoni, vegetables, cheese and pizza sauce.

Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowavePrepare recipe as directed, except do not bake the topped crackers. Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
