Need an easy Italian appetizer? These pull apart pesto and mozzarella cracker nachos are a delicious way to enjoy an Italian spin on traditional nachos.

Heat oven to 350°F.
Arrange 16 crackers in 12-inch circle on pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Starting at inside edge of cracker ring, use remaining crackers to make additional rows of crackers to completely fill center of circle, overlapping each row of crackers slightly and making each row slightly smaller than the previous row.
Sprinkle with cheese; top with tomatoes.
Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Drizzle with basil pesto.
