Heat oven to 350°F.
Arrange 16 crackers in 12-inch circle on pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Starting at inside edge of cracker ring, use remaining crackers to make additional rows of crackers to completely fill center of circle, overlapping each row of crackers slightly and making each row slightly smaller than the previous row.
Sprinkle with cheese; top with tomatoes.
Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Drizzle with basil pesto.
Prepare using RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat or RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Prepare using shredded Mexican cheese blend and substituting avocado ranch dressing for the pesto.
