These easy pizza bites are the best after school snack! Just top RITZ Crackers with spaghetti sauce, cheese, pepperoni and, for a spicy version, crushed red pepper.

Makes 7 servings, 5 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

35 RITZ Crackers
6 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup mini pepperoni slices
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.

Top with remaining ingredients.

Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.

SubstitutePrepare using your favorite variety of RITZ Crackers.
Use Your Microwave Top crackers with remaining ingredients as directed. Place 6 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
