5
Drizzle powdered sugar glaze in circular pattern over crackers to resemble cinnamon rolls. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or until glaze is firm.
Recipe Tips
Special ExtraBefore topping the crackers with the powdered sugar glaze, arrange half of the crackers, cinnamon sides down, in single layer on baking sheet. Spread each cracker with 3/4 tsp. raspberry jam; top with remaining crackers, cinnamon sides up, to make 25 sandwiches. Drizzle with half of the powdered sugar glaze. Store in covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before serving.
How to StoreStore the glazed crackers in single layers, separated by sheets of parchment paper, in a covered container at room temperature for up to 3 days before serving.
Gift Giving TipThese easy-to-make treats make a great gift. Just pack them in a decorative airtight container wrapped with colorful ribbon. If desired, you can complete the gift for that special friend or teacher by adding a package of tea or coffee to the cinnamon roll crackers.
