Ingredient list
36 uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp (1-1/4 lbs.)
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
36 RITZ Crackers
36 small fresh cilantro leaves
½ cup guacamole

Place shrimp in medium bowl.

Add lime juice, oil and seasoning; toss until shrimp are evenly coated with lime juice mixture.

Heat cast-iron skillet or grill pan on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink

Spread crackers with guacamole; top with shrimp and cilantro.
