RITZ Grilled Pineapple-Kielbasa Bites
Grilled kielbasa and pineapple top buttery RITZ Crackers in this hearty sausage appetizer. Great with either fresh or canned pineapple rings!
Ingredient list
- 7 oz. (1/2 of 14-oz. pkg.) kielbasa, cut into 24 slices
- 4 drained canned pineapple rings
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 48 (1-inch) pieces fresh chives
Directions
Heat grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
Add kielbasa and pineapple; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until grill-marked on both sides. Remove from pan.
Cut each pineapple ring into 6 pieces.
Top crackers with kielbasa, pineapple and mustard.
Garnish with chives
