RITZ Chocolate-Dipped Mint Thins
Just four ingredients and 15 minutes and you'll have a minty chocolate sweet and salty treat that is perfect to have on hand for drop in holiday guests!
Ingredient list
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
- 72 RITZ Crackers
- 1 candy cane (6 inch), crushed
Directions
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Mix melted chocolate and extract in medium bowl until blended.
Dip crackers, 1 at a time, halfway into chocolate mixture; carefully shake off excess chocolate. Place crackers in single layer on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with crushed candy.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
