Apples are dipped into creamy melted caramel, then rolled in crushed crackers and colored sprinkles for a snack or dessert kids are sure to love.

Insert wooden pop stick into stem end of each apple; set aside.
Cook caramels and water in medium saucepan on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Dip apples in caramel; immediately roll bottoms in crackers, then in sprinkles.
Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet; let stand 30 min. or until caramel is firm.
Sweets can be part of a balanced diet but remember to keep tabs on portions.
Look for wooden pop sticks in craft stores. Or, you can use lollipop sticks instead which can also be found in most craft stores.
Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every minute. Continue as directed.
