Spoon guacamole, taco dip, pico de gallo and salsa into separate small bowls; place on serving board or tray.
Add remaining ingredients to board.
Fill lettuce leaves with chicken, RITZ Bits and toppings.
Snack boards can be prepared for any number of servings, depending on the size of the gathering. Use a guidance of 1 oz. meat, 2 Tbsp. guacamole and dips, and 1 oz. of RITZ BITS (about 13) per person. For a well-balanced board, fill in the spaces on board with fresh fruits and vegetables, including taco toppings like salsas, tomatoes, onions and peppers.
For a quick and easy dip, mix 1/2 cup light sour cream with 1 tsp. low-sodium taco seasoning mix until blended. Makes 4 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
Use a purchased rotisserie chicken for the cooked chicken breast to assemble the snack board quickly!
