Reuben RITZwich
These simple sandwich bites are a great idea to enjoy all the flavors of a Reuben sandwich in an easy way - and you can easily share them with friends who drop by!
Ingredient list
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 3 Swiss cheese slices (2 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
- 2 slices deli ham (2 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
- 2 Tbsp. coleslaw
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Place ham on 6 cheese-topped crackers.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Spoon coleslaw onto ham-topped crackers; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 sandwiches.
