These happy flower topped cookies would be a perfect sweet bite for a baby or wedding shower! And they're so pretty that no one will know they only took 15 minutes to make.

Makes 18 servings.
Mix frosting and food coloring until blended; spoon into pastry bag fitted with small open star tip.
Use to pipe frosting into small rosettes around edges of cookies to resemble sunflower petals as shown in photo. Continue to add more rosettes until tops of cookies are completely covered, working from outer edges of cookies to centers.
Decorate with remaining ingredients as shown in photo.
Substitute 3 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips for the blueberries, adding 1/2 tsp. chips to center of each cookie.
Substitute small candy leaf decors for the mint leaves.
Substitute 6 candy-coated sunflower seeds (in assorted colors) for each blueberry and/or 1 green candy-coated sunflower seed for each mint leaf.
