Makes 48 servings, 1 cookie ball pop each.

Ingredient list

48 lollipop sticks
mini candy eyeballs, black string licorice, small round candies and decorating gels and icings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed
3 pkg. (4 oz. each) white baking chocolate, melted

Directions

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip one end of each lollipop stick in small amount of white chocolate; insert into center of each ball. Place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 10 min.

Dip pops in melted chocolate. Decorate pops with remaining ingredients to resemble snowmen.

Place on prepared pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in refrigerator.

Substitute
If you don't have button candies, you can make the eyes with dots of black decorating gel instead.
Snowmen Cookie Balls
Prepare these cute treats without the lollipop sticks. To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls on prepared pan; decorate as directed. Let stand until chocolate coating is firm.
