OREO Marshmallow Peanut Butter Love Bites
This simple dessert recipe is the best way to celebrate those you love on Valentine's day! OREO Cookies are topped with marshmallow creme, peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredient list
- 12 OREO Cookies
- ⅓ cup chilled marshmallow creme
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 oz. (3/4 of 4-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 2 tsp. Valentine assorted sprinkles
Directions
Place cookies in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet. Top with marshmallow creme, placing about 1 rounded tsp. marshmallow creme on center of each cookie.
Top evenly with peanut butter, melted chocolate and sprinkles.
Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
